Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte Brown Thompson. He is survived by wife of seven years, Michelle Davis; children: Jacob Michael Davis, Kaylee Necole Davis (Jason Smith), Destiny Rose Davis, and Watson Belle Davis; father, John Davis; siblings: Tonia Michele Hubbard, Dustin Ray McNabb (Courtney), Phillip Jasper Davis (Heidi), and Amy Lou Baker (Chris); stepfather, Roger Thompson; special aunt and uncle, Tracy and Chuck Davis; special friend who was like a father, Robert Moneymaker; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, October 6th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Clint Greene officiating. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 8:30 Tuesday morning, October 7th and proceed to Lakeview Cemetery for 9 am graveside services and interment. Serving as pallbearers will be his good friends: Jason Harness, Matt Ragan, Danny "Rabbitt" Graves, Randell "Wolf" Jackson, Bryson Davis, Jason Smith, and Chris Davis. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to help with expenses. Click Funeral Home, 109 Walnut Street in Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements. clickfuneralhome.com
