She was preceded in death by her husband, James Floyd Cardin, Sr.; son, David Lynn Cardin; mother, Rebecca Lowe Stevens Mitchell; siblings, Gilbert Stevens, Wanda Stevens, Bonnie Lowe Atkins, Tommy Stevens, Michael Stevens, Lowell Stevens, Norma Jean Stevens Knox, Clyde Lowe and Jake Stevens.
Phyllis is survived by her children: Angela Cardin Murray (Robert), Monica Cardin, and Jamie Cardin (April); grandchildren: Heather, Miles and Kyle Hamblen, Cole Thurman, Jamie Lynn, Alexis and Adrian Cardin; brother, Huston Lowe; several nieces, nephews, and cousins ; many relatives in Madisonville and Tellico.
Family and friends will gather at 11 am Wednesday, October 8th in the Loudon County Memorial Gardens for graveside services and interment. Click Funeral Home, 109 Walnut Street in Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
