Michael V. Dorian Jr.

Michael V. Dorian Jr. of Royal Oak passed away peacefully January 28, 2024. He was 64 years old. Mike was born October 23, 1959, to Loucin & Michael Dorian, Sr.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Laura, and their cherished children, Michael, Maxwell, Malcolm, Madeline, and Marina Dorian. Mike dedicated himself to his family and treasured watching his children grow. He is also survived by his sisters, Michele (Duane Walczak) and Carolyn (Tony Dembeck), his sister-in-law, Linda (Robert Barron), brother-in-law, John (Suzanne) Skubik, mother-in-law, Mary (the late Chester) Skubik, and many nieces, nephews, co-workers, and dear friends.
After graduating from Northwood University and the University of Miami, Mike followed in the footsteps of his father, growing the family's auto dealership business, and becoming co-owner and President of Mike Dorian Ford in Clinton Township, Michigan.
In his free time, Mike enjoyed spending time on the golf course, at the casino, horse track, and following sports. More than anything else, he loved making memories with his children.
Known for his kindness, humor, honesty, loyalty, and vibrancy, Mike Dorian was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by countless people.
Friends may visit at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Road, Sunday, February 4, 2024, Noon-5pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica, Woodward at 12 Mile, Royal Oak, Monday, February 5, at 12:30pm. Friends may visit at church beginning at 12 Noon.
