Todd was born on September 20, 1969, to William "Bill" Howard Greer and Edna Greer Swords. He graduated from Albertville High School in 1987. In 2007, he moved to Opelika, Alabama, and later returned home to Albertville in 2016. He was an active and faithful member of New Macedonia Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Edna Greer Swords; daughter, Jonna Leanne; son, Brandon (Maribeth) Greer; sister, Haley (Jason) Kilpatrick; grandchildren, Gage, Max, and Cole Greer, and Melina Patel; niece, Henley Kilpatrick; and nephew, Hayden Kilpatrick. He was preceded in death by his father, William "Bill" Greer; and grandparents, Frauline and Forney Bolding, and Henry and Alice Greer.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in the Chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Umphry and Bro. Kenneth Gillilan officiating. Burial will follow in Brasher Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Jason Kilpatrick, Hayden Kilpatrick, Charles Bolding, Larry Mann, Tommy Hubert, Wayne Greer, and Roger Pierce. The family will receive friends on Tuesday beginning at 12:00 p.m. prior to the service.
