In the gentle embrace of our hearts, we remember our beloved Michael Louis Henry. Born on April 6, 1964, in
Minneapolis, MN, he was a gentle soul whose life was a testament to the Christian verse, "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends" (John 15:13). Known affectionately as Mike, he was a beacon of light in the lives of all who knew him. He was a thoughtful man, always considering the needs of others before his own. His life's journey ended on February 1, 2026, but his legacy of love, dedication, and kindness will forever resonate.
Mike was a gifted individual, his talents spanning from woodworking to car renovation. He was the embodiment of the handyman spirit, always eager to lend his skills to those in need. His dedication was evident in his professional life as well, having served diligently in the property management sector until his retirement. Despite the demands of his career, Mike always put family first. His supportive nature was the pillar that held his family together, and his love for them was the force that drove him.
Michael's life was a testament to his resilience and dedication. A proud veteran, he served in the US Army in Germany, a testament to his commitment to his country and his deep-rooted sense of duty. His achievements were not limited to his professional life; he found joy in his hobbies, which reflected his versatile talents. The legacy he leaves behind is one of hard work, perseverance, and unwavering love for his family.
Mike is survived by his loving wife, Tracy Henry, his mother Yvonne Henry, his son Michael Jr., his sister Victoria Nieken, his daughter Courtney Crowe, and his step-daughter Shawnie Baird. He was preceded in death by his father Donald Henry.
