Michael Joseph McCormick

The family of Michael Joseph McCormick is deeply saddened to share the passing of their beloved husband, father, and grandfather on September 25, 2025.

After struggling to comeback from the hospital and rehab this year, Mike passed away peacefully at Suncoast Hospice in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Mike was born in Hagerstown, MD, the eldest of three children to Francis Joseph McCormick and Maryetta Virginia McCormick (Judd). He attended High School in Hagerstown, MD and served in the army prior to earning a Business Administration Degree from the Villanova University in Pennsylvania. Mike worked for DSA Direct Selling Association in downtown D.C and resided in Beltsville, MD in the suburb community of Calverton for many years before relocating to Palm Harbor, FL to pursue some entrepreneurial opportunities and finished his employment with Dillard's department store and Hewlett Packard Tax Services.

Mike is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Mary Ann Flook from Hagerstown, MD. He leaves to cherish behind two sons, Brent McCormick (Tara) of Palm Harbor, FL and Brian McCormick (Katie) of Largo, FL. He was preceded in death by his twin brothers Thomas Judd McCormick of Moorestown, NJ, and Terry James McCormick of Catonsville, MD.
