It is with profound and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mike King, beloved dad, husband, brother, Pawpaw, uncle and friend, who left this world on April 22, 2025.
Mike was the adored husband of Becky (nee Ingram) King. Loving father of Michael II, Justin and Amberleigh (Alex) Cornell. Beloved Pawpaw of Aeralyn King and Mary Cornell. Treasured brother and brother-in-law of Shonda (Mark) Smith, Tony (Shaun) King, Barbara Tolson, Gerri Radeheimer, Sue Gregory, Wanda Corwin, James (Vicki) King, Marshall (Ethel) King, late Roger King and Phyllis Foley, Deborah (Tony) Sturgill, Joseph (Sasha) Ingram, Jennifer (Bradley) Pennington. Dear son-in-law of Barbara Ingram. Cherished uncle of Bill (Priscilla) Heideman, Robin (David) Fee, Kim and Brian (Millie) Tolson, Kendall and Christian Ingram, Hannah (Adam) Morris, Zack (Katie) Clary, Haley Clary, Aurora Ingram and many other nieces, nephews and family.
Mike brought laughter and happiness to all who knew him. He was a man of immense humor and wisdom. He found joy in every minute spent with family and friends. Mike had a love of music and his taste in music ran the gamut from rock to country to Christian. He thoroughly enjoyed being outside on his property - hunting, fishing, mowing, having parties/bon fires or maintaining his driveway.
His family will miss his quick witted sense of humor and his love for laughing. Lots of times he was the instigator. We will miss his kind heart and gentle soul, his selflessness and the way he made everyone's day better. He is with his Lord and Savior now, and is without pain or illness. His family will remember his love of Gatlinburg, trips with family, his UK Wildcat basketball, his Cincinnati Bengal football, and his Cincinnati Reds baseball.
Visitation will be Monday May 5, 2025 from 5-7pm at T.P. White and Sons Funeral home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cincinnati Zoo Mike loved to visit the Zoo.
