Michael D. Normile, age 63, of Eighty Four, PA, passed away after a brief illness on October 14, 2025.
Born on September 1, 1962, he was the beloved son of John and Janet Normile.
Loving fiancé of Billie Jean LaBrosse; father of Kristi (Keith) Mincin and Jacob Normile; Step father of Jessica Wilson, Missy (Scott) Caddy, Bobby LaBrosse, and Lauren Kotz; grandfather of Taylor, Keith Jr., Mia, Presley, Jack, Wyatt, and Ana; brother of John (Tracie) Normile and Kristin (Joseph) Walsh; uncle of Tyler, Chelsea, Kylee, Riley, Andrew, and Justin.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Normile.
As the proud owner of M.D. Normile Contracting, Michael was known for his strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail. His work built more than just structures-it built trust and long-lasting relationships in the community. But beyond his professional life, Michael's heart was often found somewhere between the aisles of history and curiosity, in the space he created with Route 88 Antique Exchange. Antiquing was more than a side interest for Michael-it was a passion. He found joy in the hunt for hidden treasures, the restoration of forgotten pieces, and the stories behind every find.
Michael will be remembered for his quiet strength, his eye for the unique, and his unwavering commitment to both his work and his interests. His legacy lives on not only in the businesses he built but in the many lives he touched along the way.Above all, Michael will be remembered for his selflessness. He was the kind of person who would drop everything to help a friend, lend a hand without being asked, and put others before himself time and time again. His quiet generosity and dependable nature left a mark on everyone lucky enough to know him.
