Michael O'Donoghue passed on July 31, 2022. He lived 500 years in the 65 calendar years we had with him because he attacked life, he grabbed it by the horns, kissed it and swung it back on the dance floor.
Mike was world-renowned for his lack of patience, not holding back his opinion, a knack for telling it like it is or just saying "stuff". And if you said he couldn't do it, he would be sure to prove you wrong.
He loved staying busy. He was a true craftsman and built things with his hands. He was the best at cooking morning breakfast and will be greatly missed by all. No matter what the project or task, rest assured he would leave behind a mess.
He is survived by his loving life partner Linda. He is also survived by his beloved daughter Sally Castillo and her husband Chris, two grandkids that made his life better with every visit, Colten Castillo and Camdyn Castillo of Scottsdale Arizona, his younger brother David Michael O'Donoghue and let's not forget his 9 stray cats.
He was born in Chicago Illinois in 1956. Deceased father Richard Herbert O'Donoghue born 1931 Mother, believed to still be living Merle Anne "Marianne" Walker born 1930. Preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Gayle and older brother Richard Michael O'Donoghue Kelly.
Cremation will take place at the family's convenience and his ashes will be kept in an urn. His ashes will be spread at Lake Texoma where he loved and spent many years fishing.
