Michael Patrick O'Hearn

Michael Patrick O'Hearn, of Hyde Park, NY, passed peacefully on February 22, 2026, one day after his 60th birthday. Born and raised in Pleasant Valley, NY, Michael was the beloved son of the late Jacqueline and Richard O'Hearn. He was predeceased by his sister, Jackie Poluzzi; sister-in-law Gloria O'Hearn; and brothers-in-law Joe Poluzzi and Robert Bulson.

Michael is survived by his brothers, Wayne, Richard, and Duane O'Hearn; his sisters, Loni Bulson and Fran Ranieri; his brother-in-law Jim Ranieri; his sisters-in-law Laurel O'Hearn and Carmen O'Hearn; and several nieces and nephews.

A lighthearted soul who loved to have fun, Michael had a special bond with his dogs, Saoirse and Lenny, who he affectionately considered his "kids." He enjoyed spending time on the golf course and fishing with his nephew.

Michael had a passion for playing the drums and enjoyed reminiscing about his youth as a member of the Falcons Marching Band. His warmth, humor, and zest for life left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Per his request, there will be no formal services. The family will honor his memory with a celebration of life this summer.
