Michael is survived by three siblings: William "Buddy" Shaia, Jr., Mary Helen Bowman, Patricia Raad, and many more loving family and friends.
A funeral mass will be held at 1:15PM Friday, November 19 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6828 Old Reid Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Michael's memory to Holy Angels: 6600 Wilkinson Boulevard, P.O. Box 710, Belmont, NC 28012.
