We were so sad to hear about Michael! I know he dearly loved all of his children and grandbabies! I know you were definitely his true love, Denise! We are sending love , hug's and prayers , to all of you.

Having only known Michael but a few years, he and Denise are as welcoming into their home on the first day, as he was 2 years later. He carried himself in a respectful and loving way. Never asking from where you came. A Southern Gamecock to the core, but welcomed all.
Most memorable time for me, will be Denise saying "oh he cant hear you", and him popping an eye open to see who I was. I looked at him and mouthed "are you playing opossum"? He winked and closed his eyes.
What a man. Condolences to the family, the friends, and to his counter top griddle. He will be missed.
