Michael Swofford passed away at St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Washington, April 29th, 2025.
Michael was born March 28th, 1956 to Allen Von and Annette Swofford in Wiesbaden, Germany.
He attended Mt. Tahoma High School and furthered his education in Administrative Justice with a two year degree.
Wanting to make a difference, Michael joined the Navy to serve his country.
After the Navy, he became a Corrections Sergeant and continued to serve his community.
Michael met the love of his life Zuchi Llanos and married her April 2nd 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Michael was an huge sports fan, Seahawks, Mariners and NCAA.
Michael loved to garden and most importantly, he loved his family.
Mike is survived by his wife Zuchi, his son Ryan, 3 grandchildren, and 8 brothers & sisters.
Please join us for the viewing and service Monday May 12th, 2025.
Service at Noon
Viewing 10am to 2pm and a reception to follow.
