He is survived by his devoted Parents, Jesse and Angelita Walker; Daughters, TaJana Juanyea Guy and Malaya Divine Walker; and Sister, Maria Walker.
Michael was a caring and compassionate man. He was protective over his family and kind to everyone he met. He enjoyed surfing and was a devoted Pittsburg Steelers fan. Michael loved Jesus in his own way and will be dearly missed by all.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, April 16, 2024 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

As one of the grandmothers of TaJana, my hearts was flooded with joy when Tajana received the phone call from her dad, after a brief absence of not been in her life, that call changed everything.
We were riding in the car coming back from Indiana heading to Michigan and I remember the excitement, the joy, the tears, the laughter when she received that phone call as her grandmother, who has loved her all her life. That call changed the trajectory of our lives that night coming back from Indiana.
I Remember, Michael made arrangements to immediately come to Michigan numerous times to spend time with TaJana and us, and from that day until the day she visited him 3 weeks ago In Jacksonville, North Carolina, I'll never forget the joy it brought my grandchild.
I was honored to get to know him and love him on a different level. I was honored to know how much he loved her. My granddaughter came from good stuff, I praise the most high God and for that I will be eternally grateful for the brief years we all had Michael, his contagious smile, his laughter, his love for his parents, and his family, the joy he loved in being in the water.
