Michael Ross White

With deep sorrow yet unwavering hope, we announce the passing of Michael Ross White, who departed this life on Saturday, May 11, 2024. Devoted husband and father, his greatest joys were his wife Debra, and their children, Dennae, Christopher, Benjamin, Timothy, Jonathan, their wives and their nine grandchildren.
Michael dedicated his life to the service of God and others, spending over thirty years in Christian education. He completed a B.A. in Business from Bob Jones University, MBA from the University of Houston, and an Ed.D in Education Administration from Bob Jones University in order to better serve those students he loved so well.
Mike never met a stranger, and his "warehouse of useless knowledge" never failed to make all those around him find joy in any situation. Whether spending time with family, watching sports, or keeping up with politics, he enjoyed expounding on all of those topics with his mother, Myrtle and siblings: Kathy, Donnie and Mark.
The family will not be holding a service at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Piedmont Women's Center.
In his final moments, Michael found comfort in the promise of eternal life through faith in Christ, knowing that his earthly trials were but a prelude to the glories that awaited him in the presence of his Heavenly Father. He faced death with a calm assurance, confident in the victory that Christ had won on his behalf.
As we mourn the loss of our dear brother, let us take comfort in the words of Scripture: "Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them" (Revelations 14:13). May Michael Ross. White Rest in peace. And rise in glory to the praise of God's glorious grace.
