Michael Coy White, 42, of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away on October 29, 2024. Michael was born to Sharron White Allen on June 25, 1982, in Jefferson County, Alabama.
Michael was an extremely intelligent man. There were not many subjects that Michael did not have some knowledge of. He loved to disassemble things and then put them back together. Michael was very curious about how things worked, and he challenged himself to learn the mechanics of things. Michael worked in technical support, and he enjoyed the challenge of trouble shooting that his job offered him. Buying and selling stock, cryptocurrency, and Coinbase intrigued Michael.
He was also a gamer and loved the challenge of card games. Michael was a self-taught musician and had a gift for playing the guitar and trumpet. He was also an incredibly talented artist, and his natural artistic talent led him to learn to tattoo his artwork on others.
Mr. White was an avid Auburn fan. He served his nation in the United States Army.
Michael, sometimes called M.C., had a very loving and caring side to his personality. He was truly kind and thoughtful of others. Michael had a special bond with his mother, and he showed his love for her in the little things he did for her daily. He was very thoughtful of his sister too. Michael will be missed greatly by those who knew and loved him, and they will cherish the many memories they have of him.
Mr. White is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Coy and Ruby White, and his brother, Jonathan White.
Those left to cherish Michael’s memory includes his mother, Sharron Allen; sister, Elizabeth White; and children, Caleb, and Madison.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 12 noon until funeral services begin at 1:00 p.m. All services will be held in the Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Earl Harper officiating. Burial will follow services in Union Grove Cemetery, Holly Pond, Alabama.
