With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Michael L. Wisniewski, 45 of Plainville, on Saturday, July 20, 2024. He was the husband of Rhonda (Snyder), with whom he shared over 14 years of love and life adventures.
Born on April 3, 1979, he was the only child of Lawrence and Charlotte (Castronovo) Wisniewski. A proud graduate of New Fairfield High School and Marist College, Michael excelled in his career as a Materials Testing Technician. His love for movies and classic rock music, especially Pink Floyd, along with being a devoted fan of all things Transformers, truly set him apart. A straight shooter in the most endearing manner, Mike was known for his charming way of openly sharing his opinions. A true dog dad at heart, he cherished and spoiled his beloved canine companions, Kara, Jack and James, finding great joy and comfort in their presence. His lively spirit and infectious enthusiasm for life will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his wife and parents, he leaves his step-son Ty Pales; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and countless friends. He is now reunited with his dog Kara, and his grandparents who he loved.
A celebration of Mike's life will be held at a later date. The staff at Plainville Funeral Home extends their gratitude to the Wisniewski family for their trust. For online expressions of sympathy, please visit www.PlainvilleFuneralHome.com
