Michele Minnard Wouters
Michele Minnard Wouters, 69, passed away on February 24, 2025 in Vero Beach, Florida.
Mrs. Wouters was born in Utica, New York on February 26, 1955 to Hubert & Thelma Minnard.
Michele worked as an operator/dispatcher for St. Lucie County Emergency Operations Center. She enjoyed bowling and her grandchildren were the light in her life.
Survivors include her daughter, Ashley Hinkle; son-in-law, Thomas Hinkle II; grandchildren, Savannah, Connor, Lucas, and Kinsley Hinkle all of Vero Beach, FL; nephew, Maurice Bourgeois III of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Wouters, parents, Hubert & Thelma Minnard, and sister, Lorraine Bourgeois.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 1:30 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
