Michelle Rae Spaulding, age 40 and a resident of Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in Wabash at Autumn Ridge Nursing and Rehab.
Born in Norwalk, OH on October 6, 1982, Michelle was the daughter of Harold “Butch” Spaulding, Jr. and Elaine (Bores) Spaulding. She was a 2001 graduate of Wawasee High School and completed the Fairfield High School cosmetology program.
Professionally, Michelle was a hair stylist, working mostly in Fort Wayne and Warsaw but also in Syracuse. More personally, she was fun-loving and loved time spent with her family – especially her son, Isaac. She liked being outdoors, fishing and boating. She loved to laugh, had a good sense of humor and liked Rock music.
In addition to her son, Isaac Timmons and her parents, Harold “Butch” and Elaine Spaulding – all of Syracuse, Michelle is survived by life partner, Jon Brock of Warsaw and paternal grandmother, Betty Spaulding of Norwalk, OH. She is also survived by a large extended family of aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews and cousins. Michelle was preceded in passing by her paternal grandfather, Harold “Dink” Spaulding Sr. and her maternal grandparents, Leon & Eileen Bores.
Titus Funeral Home of Syracuse, 1001 South Huntington Street, is entrusted with Michelle’s care. A Life Celebration gathering is planned for Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 1 to 3 p.m. and from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Michelle’s final expenses, care of Titus Funeral Home, 1001 South Huntington Street, Syracuse, IN 46567. Written condolences may be left at www.TitusFuneralHome.com
