Mike Suhr

Michael "Mike" Bryan Suhr, a beloved figure in the Grangeville community, passed away on
September 28, 2024, while enjoying the outdoors – a passion he cherished deeply.
Born on September 3, 1974, in Grangeville to Jim and Patty Suhr, Mike's life was marked by his
love for family, friends, and the natural beauty surrounding him. Mike was the epitome of the
phrase "work hard to play hard". If you couldn't find him in his shop you could bet he was in the
mountains or on the lake with his family or friends.
After briefly leaving Grangeville for college, Mike returned to his roots where he built a
successful business and became a trusted mechanic for many in the area. His expertise and
friendly demeanor made him a staple in the community, where he was known not just for his
skills, but for his kindness and generosity.
Mike was the proud father of two daughters, Madison and Makayli. He took immense pride in
their accomplishments and enjoyed every minute he was able to spend with them.
In recent years, Mike experienced joy in finding his lifetime partner Jordan and establishing life
with her and her son Malachi, bringing new love and adventure to his life.
Mike is survived by Madison, Makayli, and Jordan (Malachi), as well as parents Jim and Patty,
sisters Mylynda (Kevin, Cami) and Michelle (Jordan), and many cherished extended family
members.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 5th, 2024 at the Grangeville Church of the Nazarene at 11:00 AM.
