She will be missed by her loving family including her sons, Billy (wife, Mary) Burnside Jr. of Heltonville and Timmy (wife, Candi) Burnside of Scipio; daughter-in-law, Karla Burnside of Scipio; sister, Barb Scott of Mooresville, Loretta Bolin of Eminence, Janet Cannon of West Newton, and Rhonda (husband, Rodney) Streeval of Edinburgh; sisters-in-law, Betty Allender of West Newton and Vivian Allender of Mooresville; grandchildren, Kelli Burnside of Oolitic, Travis (wife, Jess) Burnside of Scipio, Shaylee Burnside of Scipio, and Abby Burnside of Commiskey; and great grandchildren, Micah, Chase, Gage, Jonah, and one more on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Juanita Allender; husband, Billy Burnside Sr.; son, Scotty Burnside; and brothers, Jack Allender and Dutchie Allender.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, October 30th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville. Mildred will be laid to rest in West Newton Cemetery following a private graveside service at a later date.
