Graveside service for Mildred Jeanette Hulse, 98, of Mexico, formerly of Farber and Vandalia, will be 12:00 PM Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Center Cemetery in Center, Missouri with Pastor Glenn Forman officiating.
The family would like to invite everyone to a gathering after the graveside service at The Carlson House, 625 South Jefferson, Mexico, Missouri.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bienhoff Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hulse passed away at 4:30 P.M., Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at Kings Daughters Home in Mexico.
Mildred was born on February 21, 1925, in Farber, the daughter of Thomas Lee and Nannie Katherine Clark Hull.
She married Bradford Hulse on January 27, 1970 and he preceded her in death on March 10, 1990.
Survivors include three grandchildren; Beth (Chad) Colley of Mexico, Brooke Smith of Mexico, and Brett Smith of Mexico, two great grandchildren; Ryan (Taylor) Colley of Mexico and Shea (Derek) Elsrod of Houston, Texas, three great great grandchildren; Tyson Carr, Hayden Colley, and Benson Colley, one daughter in law; Barbara Brandt of Mexico, one special nephew; Gary Hull of Orlando, Florida, along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded by her parents, her husband, and one son Roger Smith, five sisters: Beulah Shepherd, Emma Browning, Margie McCoy, Marie Harris, Maurine Selby, five brothers Billy Burke Hull, Almer Hull, Roswell "Sorg" Hull and Earl "Beano" Hull, Irvin Ray "Razor" Hull.
Mildred was a lifetime area resident and Christian by faith. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, camping, and listening to country music. Most of all Mildred enjoyed her time spent with family.
Memorial contributions may be made to Farber Community Betterment in care of Bienhoff Funeral Home P.O. Box 54 Vandalia, Missouri 63382.
