Mrs. Mildred “Jane” Adams Lineberry, 84, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025. She was born in Wilkes County to the late Richard Adams and Bonnie Smith Adams. Jane enjoyed watching hummingbirds, deer, and squirrels. She was a homebody and enjoyed housekeeping.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Richard Lineberry; a daughter, Janet Lee Lineberry; siblings, Verna Lee Adams, Rosa Lee Adams, Barbara Adams Anderson, Benny T. Adams, and James Rickie Adams. Jane is survived by her son, Paul “Rickie” Lineberry.
A funeral service for Jane will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Gentry Family Chapel of East Bend with Rev. Danny Royal officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in East Bend. Interment will follow at Prospect United Methodist Church Cemetery.
