Milner "Doc" Paskins Obituary
Milner “Doc” L. Paskins 77 of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2023 at Adena Pike Medical Center.
He was born in Bremen, Ohio on March 3, 1946 to the late James M. and Bertha Danison. He was a Vietnam veteran where he was part of the 1st M.P. Battalion, 1st Marine Division. After serving his country he retired as a brick mason.
Milner is survived by his children, Daniel William Paskins, Rebecca Jean Paskins and Jonathon Lee Paskins; brother, James (Barbara) Paskins of Thornville; sisters, Karen Paskins of Lancaster, Margaret Jean Paskins of California and Vickie (Rudy) Castillo of Arizona and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jacob M. Paskins and parents.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Pastor Melvin Truex officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster with the Lancaster Veterans Burial Detail conducting military rites at the cemetery. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Thursday.
