Milton J. Redden Jr., 84, of McDonald, Mt. Pleasant Township, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025, in his home.
Milton was born on April 30, 1940, in Uniontown, a son of the late Milton and Mary (Pechunka) Redden.
Mr. Redden was the former owner of M.J. Redden Builder Supply Co. and current owner of Redden Classic Restoration. Milton was one of the most hardworking people you will ever find. Milton had a great mind, he loved thinking of new ideas. He was the inventor and secured a patent for the J&J Safety Hitch. Milton's nickname of the "crazy old man" was truly fitting for all his inventive ideas and working on everything with an engine. Milton also had a special love for classic cars.
Surviving is his wife of 52 years and best friend, Sandra Lee Borner Redden, daughter, Kandi (Aaron) Redden-Fazzari, grandson, Jackson Fazzari, brother, Charles (Sharon) Redden, step-sister, Myrna (the late Don) Cockerill, and sister-in-law, Shirley Redden.
Along with his parents, Milton is preceded in death by his sister, Shirley DeBarr, brother, Richard Redden and sister, Sandra Beaumont.
A Memorial car cruise will be held on June 22, 2025 at the Red Fox Winery. Details of time and information will follow at a later date.
All arrangements are entrusted to Thomas-Little Funeral Service Inc., 314 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald (724-926-2800).
