Misti had the grandest heart of gold. She Would give you all she had if she could. Always had a joyful smile even when days were bad. She was a dear friend. I pray for her family because she was the main stay of the house. She loved her family dearly and it Was very evident.
She loved being a volunteer, fostering for The seniors, the sickly and lost souls with medical issues. She had so much love for them.
Wonderful sweet lady rest in peace and you will not be forgotten. I know there will be a line of loving thankful pups waiting to walk you you through the heavenly gates.

My heart was saddened this past weekend when I got the news of one of the most dedicated foster/volunteer for Midwest BREW had passed away. Misti and I were part of a great team of ladies that always were ready to kick off a transport in an effort to help rescue another Beagle. We will continue the journey without her but will carry her in our hearts.

I first spoke to Misti when she called me with questions about my foster dog, Joss. She had the perfect family for her. I realized quickly that she had a heart of gold. While I've only met her once or twice on transports, I knew I could count on her when it came to anything relating to a dog. I also know how much she loved her family, and I cannot imagine the loss they are facing. RIP Misti. I just know that you had a ton of dogs waiting for you in heaven.

Misti was an active Volunteer with Midwest Beagle Rescue. She gave generously of her time and energy and was key to helping many beagles find their forever homes. Whether it was fostering dogs, helping with transports or interviewing prospective adopters, she was a cherished member of this organization and will be greatly missed.
