Misty Dawn Long

Misty Dawn Long, 43, of McAlester, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory.
Misty was born on June 6, 1982, in Idabel, Oklahoma, to William Charles Williams and Barbara (Knight). She lived in Pittsburg County for her entire life and was a proud member of the community she called home. On November 9, 2004, she married Charles Long in McAlester, Oklahoma.
Throughout her working career, Misty was employed as a cook in the food industry, where she took pride in serving others. In her free time, she enjoyed listening to music, which brought her comfort and joy.
Misty is survived by her mother, Barbara Moody of Kiowa; her stepfather, Rodney Moody of Maine; her daughters, Searra Estwick and husband Laryan, and Alexis Long, all of McAlester; her boyfriend, Chris Wacker of McAlester; her brother, Rodney Moody, Jr. of Maine; her sister-in-law, Naomi McCallie and husband David, and their daughter Amy McCallie, all of Oklahoma City; her nieces, Deytan Cook of Tulsa, Naomi Long of Krebs, and Charli Cook of Tulsa; her nephews, Nathan Stanley of Canadian and Skylar Young III of McAlester; along with numerous other family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
Misty was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Long; her son, Aidyn Aleczander Hargraves; her grandson, Sincere Aleczander Estwick; her sister, Holly Williams; and her brother-in-law, Cliffton Long.
