Monell Gezon

Monell Beatrice (Mobe) Bolling- Gezon, age 88, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at Trinity Health Grand Rapids. After graduating Grand Haven High School in 1954, she spent most of her life in her 3 favorite towns; Spring Lake, Michigan, Harbor Springs, Michigan, and Vero Beach, Florida.
The Daughter of John & Geneva (Robbins) Brant, she was born on July 4, 1936 in Grand Haven, Michigan. Mobe met the love of her life, Vernon Bolling, while working at Andersen Bolling MFG and later married him on June 28, 1957. Vern proceeded her in death on August 9, 1978. On August 18, 1979 she married David Gezon.
Mobe had a very successful real estate career in the 70's. Her strong sense of fashion and interior design was evident in her homes and every time she stepped out her front door. She loved her family and enjoyed boating with them in the clear waters of Northern Michigan. Other activities Mobe enjoyed were reading, traveling, playing bridge, and especially playing tennis.
Surviving are her children, Mark (Gail) Bolling of Madison, CT, Steve (Cindy) Bolling of Spring Lake, and John (Lindy) Bolling of East Grand Rapids; and 5 grandchildren, John, Brant, Kenyon, Trey, and Olivia Bolling.
