She was born in Everett, Washington, on December 10, 1965, daughter of Gary Carmichael and Diane Broome. Monica spent her life as a daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed going to the beach.
Monica is survived by her father, Gary Carmichael; mother, Diane Broome; daughters, Ashley Shields and husband, Kountry and Kelli Wallin; son, Ostin Wineck; sisters, Angela Carmichael and Marjean Maas; brother, Kevin Carmichael; aunt, Sandie Traylor and husband, Jon and grandchildren, Lexah St. Clair, Lailynn Shields, Kountry Shields, Jr., Oakley Wineck, Brynleigh Wineck, Braelynn Wallin and Emerson Wallin.
