Monika, 80 passed away February 24, 2025 surrounded by love. She was born March 11, 1944 in Markneukirchen, Germany. A small town in Vogtlandkreis in Saxony, Germany. She immigrated with her parents and brother to the United States on March 11, 1957
Monika loved hunting, mowing her lawn, and in earlier years taking her children to all of their swim meets as well as becoming a swimming official.
Monika is predeceased by her husband, Klaus Zwinger, her parents Hermann and Irmgard Haude, Father and mother in law Gerhard and Herta Zwinger, brother in law Bernd Zwinger, sister in law Linda Haude.
She is survived by her children Christine (Anthony) Mineo and Eric (Connie) Zwinger, granddaughters Consandra, Arianna, Elizabeth, Tangie (Akil), Lily (Nick), and Seairra, Great Granddaughters Brooklyn and Hope. Brother, Peter Haude and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive Friends 10am-12pm on Sunday March 16th, 2025 at the Rochester location of New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave (west of Long Pond). A memorial service will be held at 12 noon in the chapel of the funeral home.
