Morgan Lynn Boss, 29, of Richmond, RI, passed away on Thursday, November 13th, 2025. Born in Westerly, RI, on June 1st, 1996. She was the loving daughter of Monica Neill and Jason Boss.
Morgan graduated from Chariho High School, class of 2014, and completed her cosmetology license at Empire Beauty School in 2016. She was the proud owner of Behind the Scene Girls, providing wedding hair and makeup services all over New England. She was very family oriented, her favorite role was being that of "sissy" to her siblings. Additionally, she was a cat mom to Quinny, Shmokey, and Son Son.
Morgan was a lover of the outdoors, growing up in girl scouts, riding four wheelers, and camping. She was an accomplished equestrian , mastering the difficult discipline of dressage riding, competing in many horse shows. She had so many hobbies including being a competitive scrabble player, an avid concert goer, and beach visitor. She loved reading, arts and crafts, and she also enjoyed planning and decorating for holiday events.
Morgan is survived by her parents Monica Neill and Jason Boss. Her step daughters Kayliana and Talia Manzi. Her loving siblings, Craig Boss and wife Brittney Boss, Marisa Way (Boss) and husband Matthew Way, Maggie Boss, Destiny Dement, and Brooke Joslin. Morgan also leaves behind her maternal grandparents, Debora Barber and partner Peter Karasuk, grandfather William Neill and partner Kathy Theiss and Kaitlyn and Mackenzie Theiss, raised alongside Morgan as siblings. As well as paternal grandfather Bradley Boss.
Additionally, aunt Amy Ansay (Boss), Uncle Zackery Neill and wife Victoria, cousins Alexis Ansay, and Micheal and Mia Neill. Nieces and nephews Quentin and Aubree Boss, and Jaiden Dement. She is also survived by many great aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family on both sides.
Morgan was predeceased by great grandparents William Barber (2016) and Norma Barber (2023). As well as Philomena Neill (2017) and H.G.D Neill (2002), grandmother Barbara Boss (2023), cousin John Ansay Jr. (2019), and her beloved horse Mike.
Morgan was a diva since birth, with a great sense of style who dressed with confidence. She was known to make a fashionably late grand entrance. Her bright energy was contagious and she has left a lasting impact on every person she's met.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025 from 12:00 - 2:00pm with service to immediately follow at S.R. Avery Funeral Home, 3A Bank Street,
Hope Valley, RI.
