Morgan Savannah Kemper, 30, of Walling, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at Ascension Saint Thomas-Midtown on Friday, May 16, 2025, while surrounded by family.
Born Sunday, June 5, 1994, in Nashville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Gary Kemper and Teresa Trent Kemper.
She is survived by her loving family, which includes her parents, Gary and Teresa Kemper; fiancé, David Rodriquez; sister, Danielle (Josh) Frady; nephew, Peyton Frady; niece, Paisley Frady; and maternal grandfather, John Trent.
Morgan is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Marie and George Kemper, and maternal grandmother, Sharon Trent.
Morgan was a 2012 graduate of Blackman High School of Murfreesboro, TN. Later, she attended and graduated from Empire Beauty School to become a hairstylist that specialized in color. After her time there, Morgan owned and operated her own salon, Morgan's Mane Attraction, in Franklin, TN, for two years. In 2019, Morgan began her career as a correctional officer with the Warren County Sheriff's Office. She was dedicated to her time as a correction officer and earned her promoted to sergeant. Morgan touched so many lives while serving the Warren County community.
Additionally, Morgan loved to be with family and cooking. Spending time with those that she loved was important to her. Ultimately, Morgan is remembered for her ability to light up any room. She brought so much joy and happiness to all that had the opportunity to know her. She was very loved, and she will be missed in ways words cannot describe.
At this time, no services are planned.

This has been really hard to comprehend and I can only imagine the difficulties Teresa and Gary are going through. I do know there's never been a little girl who was loved by her parents more than Morgan. She was a treasure and a gift in their lives and I know she was fully aware of this. I've enjoyed reading comments from her coworkers and those who she mentored professionally. God leaves somethings in our lives as a mystery and we cannot fully understand things that take place here on earth but I do know that one day we will have full understanding. I pray God's strength for Teresa and Gary. My own heart is completely shattered for them and what they must be going through. I can hardly imagine their devastation. Praying for all. Rest in peace beautiful Morgan

I am heartbroken to hear of the passing of sweet Morgan. She was just a little girl when I first met her. I remember one day Teresa came to work and said that while she thought they were both taking a nap, Morgan had gotten up and into a jar of peanut butter. Teresa said she felt someone looking at her while she slept and opened her eyes to see Morgan covered from her feet to the top of her head in peanut butter. She had also painted her room and furniture with peanut butter. That story always makes me smile. I know one day Teresa, Gary and Morgan came to my mother's home for a get together. Morgan had started cheerleading and was about 5 or 6 years old. She got up in front of every one and did a cheer called "Razzle Dazzle". From that point on myself and my family called her Razzle Dazzle. She also had trouble saying my niece Amber's name and instead called her "Ambird" (which we still call her to this day). Morgan will be missed by so many and I will continue to hold her stories close to my heart and smile when I tell them to others. Praying for my friends Teresa and Gary.
