Mozelle attended school in Floydada and graduated from Floydada High School in 1945.
She met the love of her life, J. T. Bice, and they were united in marriage on April 24, 1947. Out of this union was born a son Gary, and a daughter Theresa. Mr. Bice preceded Mozelle in death on December 12, 1999.
