Nadine Pregeant Obituary
God has picked another beautiful bloom for his garden on December 1, 2024, Nadine “Deanie” Pregeant, 81, a native of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana and resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana.
“Deanie” is survived by her husband of 64 years, Clyde W. Pregeant, Jr., sons; Bryan (Marie) Pregeant and Brad (Rockelle) Pregeant, grandchildren; Breanne and Brooke Pregeant, Brad, Jr. (Callie) and Brock (Chelsea) Pregeant, great-grandchildren; Josie “Jo-Jo” Dylynn Pregeant, Layla, Lola, and Knox Pregeant, sisters; Leverna L. Alford and Tanya L. Chiasson.
“Deanie” was preceded in death by her parents; Theo and Thelma Duet LaFont.
“Deanie” was a member of the Red Hatters and the Home Makers Group. She enjoyed cooking and baking. Her hobbies included blackberry picking and playing rummikub. If “Deanie” wasn’t front and center you could find her two places, reading a book or fishing.
Visitation will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024, at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux, Louisiana from 10:00am until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00pm with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux, Louisiana. We are honored to have Father Mark Toups as our celebrant.
