Nancy Elaine Hall Bradshaw, 87, of Grayson, went to be with her Lord and Savior, surrounded by her loving family, Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at her residence. Elaine was born October 26, 1938, in Deer Creek, KY, a daughter of the late Robert Austin Hall and Nellie Sturgill Hall. Her mother passed away when Elaine was 3 years old and she was raised by her father and step-mother, the late Mary Ann Dicy Leadingham Hall.
In addition to her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years, Bennie E. Bradshaw, who passed in 2012; her brother Willis Gene Hall and her infant twin brother and sister, Roland and Ida Hall.
Elaine was a faithful member of the Leon Church of Christ from 1968, when she was baptized into Christ by minister John Owston, until she was unable to attend due to health issues. She taught the primary children's class of Sunday School and Bible School for many years. Elaine had a loving heart and humble personality. She was a very good mother to her children as well as a caring wife to her husband. She always put her family first. Elaine enjoyed sewing and gardening throughout her life and often canned and preserved enough of the fruits of her labor to last until the next growing season. She continued doing her own yard work until she was in her early 80s. She also had an interest in genealogy and family history and spent many hours working on her family photo albums and genealogy projects.
Elaine is survived by one son, Bennie A. (Sheila) Bradshaw of Grayson; three daughters, Sherry (Bill) Burke of Grayson, Marsha Callahan of Flatwoods, and Nancy (Jim) Klynman of Ellijay, Georgia; seven grandchildren, Amber (Brian) Spears and Adam Callahan of Flatwoods, Ashley (Curt) Mullins of Grundy, Virginia, Austin (Samantha) Bradshaw of Grayson and Kendra (Kerry) Bellew of Chillicothe, Ohio, Savannah (Joshua) Gunter of Canton, Georgia, and Chris (Emily) Klynman of Chatsworth, Georgia; 14 great-grandchildren, Aylwin, Skylar, and Nevaeh Bradshaw, Autumn, Sadie, Belle, Evangeline, Ethan, and Saige Mullins, Elaina and Zoe Gunter, Elizabeth, Nathan, and Finn Bellew; several nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family who all mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with David Stephens, minister at Leon Church of Christ, officiating.
