Champion – Nancy L. (Kniszek) Dolney, 78, of Champion passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025 at St. Joe's Hospital in Warren after a battle with an extended illness.
Nancy was born on August 6, 1946 in Warren to the late Albert and Jenny (Krupinski) Kniszek and she was a 1964 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School.
Before becoming ill, Nancy was a probation officer in Central District Court in Corland, OH.
Nancy was such a generous person and was always making sure everyone in her family was taken care of. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her daughter, Andrea, who was also her best friend and caregiver; sister, Linda (Joe) Kurilla of Cortland; brother-in-law, Pete November of Cortland and many nieces, nephews, greats and great greats.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by three sisters, Evelyn November, Gertrude Hayda and Patricia King and her niece, Connie Hayda DeJean.
A Celebration of Nancy's life will be on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 3 to 5pm at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel of Warren, 1884 North Road NE.
A Funeral Service will follow at the funeral home at 5pm.
