Nancy Ruth (Shaw) Grogan, 78, passed away on December 5, 2025 at Newbridge on the Charles in Dedham, MA. Born and raised in Canton, Nancy called Marshfield home for over 30 years, before moving to Weymouth, then Dedham.

A Graduate of Canton High School, Nancy spent her entire professional career at the Polaroid Corporation where she rose to the position of Worldwide Sales Administration Manager in the Medical Imaging Systems division before retiring in 1997.

Nancy was an avid traveler who visited numerous states and countries. She especially enjoyed RV travel with her husband Don. She was a proud member of the "Greatful Reds" chapter of the Red Hat Society, and the Marshfield Council on Aging. Deeply committed to, and passionate about her faith, she was a member of the New Hope Chapel of Marshfield.

Nancy was the daughter of the late Robert and Ruth Shaw of Canton. She was the wife of the late Donald Grogan of Marshfield for 33 years. She was also predeceased by her sister, Judith Walker of Canton and Colorado, brother-in-law, Henry Munson of Canton, nephew Christopher O'Brien of Norton, and great nephew Kyle Johnson of Shrewsbury.

Nancy is survived by her devoted sisters and brother-in-law, Carol Munson of Canton and Dorothy and Norman Belanger of Middleboro. In addition, she is survived by her beloved nieces and nephews Mark & Dean Walker, Pamela Johnson, Jeffery Munson, Karen Doyle as well as great nieces and nephews Bryce and Trevor Walker, Samuel Johnson, Molly and Ryan Doyle, Jack and Sarah O'Brien, DJ Brennan, and great-great nephew and niece Wyatt and Amelia Walker.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday Dec.13 at 11:00 a.m. in the Couch Memorial Cemetery, Union Street, Marshfield, MA

In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy's name may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Pediatric Brain Tumor Clinic in memory of Kyle Johnson, by mail to 450 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215 or online at: Dana Farber Memorial Donation

Arrangements are under the direction of the MacDonald Funeral Home of Marshfield.
