Graveside for Nancy Jarrell, 77, of Cleburne, will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 12, 2025 in the DFW National Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the graveside at 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M., Thursday, June 12 at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home, 512 North Ridgeway, Cleburne, Texas.
Nancy Jarrell, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025, in Cleburne, Texas. Born on December 17, 1947, in Bryan, Texas, Nancy dedicated her life to nurturing her family and sharing her many passions.
Throughout her life, Nancy displayed a profound love for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She created a joyful home filled with warmth and laughter, where family gatherings were treasured moments of connection and togetherness. Her presence was always a source of comfort and happiness, as she embraced each family member with love and affection.
An avid traveler, Nancy found joy in exploring new places and creating lasting memories with her loved ones. Whether by the water's edge or on a sunlit adventure, she relished in the beauty of life’s experiences. Her love for swimming mirrored her vibrant spirit, as she embraced the joys of life with enthusiasm.
One of Nancy's greatest passions was music. She not only enjoyed playing the piano but also took immense pleasure in teaching others this art form. Her enthusiasm for music resonated with those around her, as she shared her knowledge and encouraged a lifelong appreciation for the beauty of melody.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents Tex and Edna (Graham) Dodson.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 53 years, Bill Jarrell; daughters, Jody Baker and Shelley Dietrich; son, Shane Jarrell; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Nancy Jarrell leaves behind a rich legacy of love, kindness, and creativity. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will continue to celebrate her spirit and cherish the countless moments spent in her embrace.
