Randall & Roberts Funeral Home - Logan St.Nancy Lee (Whitesell) Kenley, age 93, of Fishers, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. She was born on July 22, 1932, the daughter of George E. Whitesell and Opal L. (Wiles) Whitesell in Noblesville, Indiana.
On October 7, 1951, Nancy married her best friend, John Jackson "Jack" Kenley. They shared 74 happy years together. Nancy lived her entire life in Noblesville. She attended and graduated from Noblesville High School, class of 1950. Nancy studied piano at the Arthur Jordan Conservatory of Music. For several years, she served as church pianist and accompanied other musicians in their performances.
Following graduation, Nancy was employed in the bookkeeping department of American National Bank, and later served as bookkeeper for Kenley's Supermarket until her retirement. She was a Girl Scout troop leader, and an election inspector for 20 years at the polling booths at Conner Prairie.
Nancy was an avid reader. She enjoyed needlework and spending time at their log cabin in Brown County and each August in Michigan.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Jack Kenley; her sister, Sherry Whitesell (Ray) Faust; as well as several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy L. Auer; and brother, Richard Dean Whitesell.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, with services at 2:00 pm, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville. Pastor Barbara Kenley will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
In lieu of flowers, Nancy's wish was that memorial contributions may be made to Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville, 1700 Conner Street, Noblesville, IN 46060 (https://bgcni.org).
