Mrs. Nancy Marcella Manley Langston

Nancy Marcella Manley Langston, 83, wife of Jess Langston of Walhalla, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 5, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Born and raised in Oconee County, Mrs. Langston was the daughter of the late Albert Harrison Manley and Kate Smith Manley. She and her husband, along with their children, were longtime members of West Union Presbyterian Chapel. In later years, she attended Crossgate Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Langston was a devoted wife, mother, and Nana whose life reflected her deep faith and unwavering love for her family. She devoted herself to caring for those she loved, and while her love for her family was immeasurable, it was surpassed only by her love for the Lord.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Langston is survived by her son: Terry Langston of Walhalla; daughter: Melissa Rosier (Ty) of Seneca; grandchildren: Mariah and Kate Langston of Bay City, Texas, Kayla Langston of Walhalla, David Langston (Hanna) of Walhalla, Lauren Vanderbilt (Robbie) of Walhalla, Seth Rosier (Ashli) of Sapphire, NC, Loudon Rosier (Sydney) of Seneca; great-grandchildren:

Noah Langston, Sawyer Langston, Adelaide Vanderbilt, and Atlas Rosier; and sisters: Brenda Terry and Frankie Sullivan.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Langston was preceded in death by a son, Mike Langston, and her siblings: Louise Thompson, Dorothy Cantrell, Erveline Manley, Opal Burnside, Estella Galbreath, and Johnny Manley.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Davenport Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 3:00 PM at the Davenport Funeral Home Chapel. Burial services will follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens.
