I wanted to give my condolences, after hearing of Nancy´s passing to Mark, Carol and Chris, and her other family members. This is a hard one for you all I know.

I wanted to give my condolences to the North family for such a hard loss. I was the youngest of the Duff kids out on 55 and remember Chris better than the older siblings. Losing our parents is one of the hardest things. Peace to each of you.

Nancy was my friend for 85 years. I will miss her fun talks we would hàve. We played sports in high school, bowled and ate out every month for years. We both liked wine and usually the only two in the group to order. As I think about this it makes me happy you were my friend util the end.

When I was young I used to spend the night and Nancy´s house on Friday nights bc her daughter Carol and I were great friends and bc of Viking football! Nancy would sometimes make tacos and I remember telling my Mom; you need to get Nancy´s recipe bc they were the best I ever had!! Fast forward several years and Nancy and I bowled in the same league. One night after bowling several of us went to get drinks and I taught Nancy how to properly drink a certain drink that shall remain nameless! I remember her wonderful laugh and how much I cared for her RIP Nancy

My Great Aunt Nancy was always full of life and laughter, Any visit with her was always welcomed, much appreciated, and deeply heartfelt. Anytime I talked with her I always felt I had learned something more and gained a greater wisdom. I´ll always remember her, her laugh, and all the fond memories I have from when our families have been together visiting. My heart goes out to all of our family and friends. I will always be thinking of you all.

I cared for Nancy as a Hospice PCT and also an STNA at Springmeade. Come to find out my great grandfather Ward Ceyler actually married Nancy and her husband. I also grew up at Miami East most of my childhood and knew her granddaughter. We were always laughing, even through some tears as she adjusted to what her life looked like at Springmeade. She was so positive and sarcastic but in a fun way and it´s why we connected so well. My maiden name is Anderson so she always used to call me AA and I would call her Nutty Nancy( her pick). My heart aches when I got the news and I am grateful I was able to say goodbye. Nancy you are a wonderful woman and will be dearly missed. Gone but never forgotten

One of my favorite memories with aunt Nancy is when she would come stay at our house and we would both wake up super early and sit out on the back porch eating those little bags of vanilla wafers she had. We will love and miss you forever <3
