Nancy Virginia Ogle was born December 23, 1948 in Weleetka, Oklahoma to Jimmy Earls and Pearl Swartz Earls. Nancy passed from this life July 25, at her home in Weleetka at the age of 75.
Nancy was the ninth of ten children. She was raised in Weleetka and she attended Weleetka schools. She later attended East Central State College in Ada, Oklahoma. On September 17, 1966 she married Garey Ogle and to this union three children were born. While Garey was in the United States Air Force they resided in Burns Flat at the Clinton-Sherman Air Force base. They had also lived in Dallas, Okmulgee, and Ada before returning to Weleetka in 1977.
Nancy had worked for Atkins Dry Goods and was the long-time site manager for the Weleetka Senior Citizens Center. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy Earls and Pearl Swartz Earls; her husband, Garey; and nine siblings.
Survivors include three children, James Edmond Ogle and Brandon Kyle Ogle, both of Weleetka, and Barbara Lynn Caldwell and husband Terrance of Shawnee; four grandchildren, Landon, Alonna, and Morgan Caldwell, and Daigan Ogle; along with five great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation for Nancy Ogle will be held Sunday, July 28, 2024 at Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Weleetka from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Funeral services for Nancy Ogle will be held Monday, July 29, 2024 at First Free Will Baptist Church of Weleetka at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Weleetka.
Services are under the direction of Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home.
