Nancy Perry

Nancy Perry passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at the age of 102 at Inlet Coastal Resort in Murrells Inlet, SC.
Nancy was born on March 25, 1922, in Ciano Italy. She ventured to America in 1939 to join her father and brother in the NY and CT area. She became a US citizen in 1940 and then married Louis P Perry in 1945 and was with him till his death in 2009.
Nancy was also predeceased by her three sisters and two brothers and is survived by her three children, Lorraine Sibley of Branford, CT, Louis Perry Jr (Deborah) of Stamford, CT and Judy Branca (Frank) of Murrells Inlet SC. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren Melissa Samaha, Chelm Sibley, Kristen Acton, Louis Perry III, Ashley Branca, Marshall Sibley and Mark Perry. Nancy also had 8 Great Grandchildren.
Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and had many nephews and nieces that she loved. She and her husband lived in Greenwich, CT and raised their family there spending winters in Pompano Beach FL and Murrells Inlet, SC after their children were grown. They had many friends there and enjoyed that time of their life socializing, golfing, dancing and dining at the "Club". Nancy was very active and continued her daily walking and pool routines into her 90's.
While our hearts mourn her passing, we take great comfort knowing she lived a full life and will now join her husband whom she has missed for the past 14 years.
Her final resting place will be St Mary Cemetery in Greenwich, CT.
A funeral mass will be held 10:00 AM Monday July 22, 2024 at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 4 Riverside Ave, Riverside, CT 06878.
