Bath Maine. Nancy Ellen Rabasca of Bath, Maine died unexpectedly on August 5, 2025. She was born in Augusta, Maine on January 15, 1958.

Nancy grew up in Augusta, and graduated from Cony High school in 1976. She received her BA degree in International Affairs (Political Science) at the University of Maine in Orono, graduating in 1981 with highest distinction and was awarded her Pi Beta Kapa Key. At the time of her death, she was employed by the Nathan & Henry B. Cleaves Law Library as the Librarian for the last 37 years. She was a well-respected member of the Maine legal community with whom she served. She had a passion for Books, Hiking, Gardening, Tanglewood, and especially Acadia National Park. We will miss her wit, laughter, and conversations on just about any topic.

She is pre-deceased by her mother Dorothy E. Rabasca, her father Louis A Rabasca and her brothers David L. Rabasca and Kevin M. Rabasca.

She is survived by her sister Diane L. Rabasca of Bath, Maine, her brother Stephen J. Rabasca and sister-in-law Kristie L Rabasca of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, and her two nieces Maggie Rabasca Nave Kilpatrick of San Jose, California, and Katie L Rabasca of Tacoma, Washington.

A service will be held at Desmond Funeral Homes, 638 High Street, Bath on August 29 at 1:00pm.
