Nancy Sekera Roth

Nancy Sekera Roth, age 78, originally from Verona, passed peacefully on March 13, 2025, after years of struggling with chronic health issues.
Nancy was the beloved daughter of the late John and Mildred Sekera (Radovich), and sister of the late John P. Sekera, all of which she missed dearly. Nancy is survived by her 2 daughters, Tammy Sekera DiLiscia, and JoAnn (Adam) Kaltenbock; 4 grandchildren Nick (Brianna) DiLiscia, Angelina DiLiscia, Mark and Spencer Kaltenbock; 2 sisters Patricia Edmonds and Diana Stenberg. She is also survived by dearly loved nieces and nephew, Robert (Holly) Edmonds, Kristine (Kevin) Powell, Jennifer Sekera and Jocelyn (Aaron Hammond) Sekera, as well as multiple great nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
Nancy had a special gift for making friends with just about anyone that she met, and a love for dogs. She enjoyed any time that she could take a take a trip to the beach and enjoyed the few years that she got to spend living in Florida with her sisters and brother. She cherished her family and extended family most in life and loved telling family stories and history. Nancy's biggest wish before she passed was to be able to dance at her grandson's wedding which she got to do in July 2023.
The family would like to thank Nancy's home health aide Amber Williams for her loving and caring heart, and the special friendship that they had. They would also like to thank Suncrest Hospice for their caring and compassionate care over the past few months.
Nancy requested to not have a viewing. The family will be holding a memorial service at a later date that will be announced on her memorialized Facebook page.
