Nancy Elizabeth Williamson

Nancy Elizabeth McCall Williamson, age 79, of York, SC, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at Piedmont Medical Center.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Wolfe Funeral Home. The funeral service will start at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. The burial will be at Zoar U.M.C Cemetery now known as the cemetery of Good Shephard.

Born on August 2, 1946 in Dallas, NC, Nancy was a daughter of the late Bobby Lyles Ayers and Thelma Louise Smith Ayers. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, taking trips to the mountains and to the beach, collecting dolls, watching cooking shows on television and going shopping. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family. She will be missed dearly.

Surviving are her children, Amy Lynn Robertson; siblings, Robert Ayers (Shirley), Michael Ayers (Cindy), Ricky Ayers, Mary Ann Knight, Susan Pigford (Mike); grandchildren, Morgan Robertson, Olivia Robertson, Shane Robertson, Jack Robertson, 5 great grandchildren and her companion Ambrose McCall.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, William Morgan and her brother Wayne Ayers.
