Nancy L. Wittekind, 78, of Marietta, passed away Monday, September 29, 2025 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
Nancy was born October 5, 1946 in Marietta to Floyd and Hilda Antill.
She graduated from Lawrence High School.
Nancy married Delmar Wittekind on December 22, 1972.
She was a member of the Open Door Baptist Church, Women of the Moose and the Women’s Auxiliary of the American Legion. Nancy loved to cook, travel and spend time with her family.
Nancy will be deeply missed by son Tony (Stephanie) Wittekind; daughters Debra (Mike) Leffew, Julia (Boyd) Evans, Cara (Dean) Canter and Jackie (Steve) Carpenter; daughter-in-law Leslie Wittekind; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings Carol Eblin, Shirley VanFossen, Hazel Cole, Bruce (Martha) Antill and Bernie (Tina) Antill and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Delmar Wittekind; her son Delmar Wittekind II; siblings Karen Parish, Deb Trumbull, Charlotte Thrasher, Raymond Mankins and Wayne Mankins.
Per her wishes, there will be no public service
