Nancy K. Yeary

Nancy (Walbolt, Thompson) Yeary of Grand Rapids, Ohio, passed away on March 19, 2026 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg, surrounded by her family.

Nancy was born on March 25, 1942, in Monclova, Ohio, to Wayne and Marjorie (Tilton) Walbolt.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Yeary; her children, Connie (Gary) Bryant of Summerville, South Carolina, Debbie Thompson of Bowling Green, Ohio, and Alvin "Bud" (Cindy) Thompson of Monclova, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Tony Hale of Summerville, South Carolina, Courtney Thompson and Alyssa Thompson of Monclova, Ohio; and stepchild Jason (Amanda) Yeary.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Marjorie Walbolt; her brother, Wayne Floyd Walbolt Jr., her sister, Darlene (Walbolt) Alt; and her stepchildren Jefferey Allen Yeary and John Morgan Yeary.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:30 p.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, 6603 Providence Street, Whitehouse, Ohio 43571. Interment will immediately follow at Ft. Meigs Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, or to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
