Nathan Frederick Klusman was born on August 30, 1990 to parents Gary Klusman and Diana Herdman in Huron. He attended Huron schools where he enjoyed playing basketball, bowling, football and baseball. Nathan graduated from Huron High School in 2009 and went on to establish a successful career in the construction industry. Starting as a laborer with Flatland Concrete, his hard work and dedication earned him the respect of his peers and led to his promotion as foreman.
Nathan's commitment to his work was matched only by his devotion to his family. He shared a deep, enduring love with his wife and high school sweetheart, Tia Gross, whom he married on November 16, 2024. Together, they created a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and the joy of raising their two children, Cadence and Cooper.
When not working, Nathan loved spending quality time with his family. He was known for his cooking skills, particularly his talent for barbecuing, often delighting friends and family with his delicious meals. Nathan's passion for the Minnesota Vikings was unwavering. Regardless of the season's outcome, he was a loyal fan, always cheering them on with enthusiasm and pride.
Nathan's kindness, humor, and warmth left an indelible mark on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of working with him.
Grateful for having shared in his life is his wife, Tia; his children, Cadence and Cooper Klusman; his mother Diana Herdman; his father Gary Klusman; his brother, Kyle Klusman; his niece, Kora Klusman; aunts and uncles, Loretta (Steve) Krick, Rita (Tim) Katz, and Dale (Deb) Herdman; Grandpa Claire McBride; father-in-law Jason Gross; grandparents-in-law and brother-in-law; and many special cousins, great-cousins and friends, including his best friend, Jordan Davis.
He was preceded in death by his Grandma Betty "Bubbles" McBride, Grandma Betty Klusman, Grandpa Frederick Klusman, and Grandpa Morris Herdman; his uncle Donnie Klusman; his cousin Stephanie Beigh and twin cousins Jay and Joshua Herdman.
