Nathan Matthew Schumacker
August 25, 2006 – May 12. 2023
Nathan Matthew Schumacker, age 16, of Dundee, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023, at Motts Childrens Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Born August 25, 2006, in Toledo, Nathan was one of two children born from the union of Matthew and Crystal (Brown) Schumacker.
Nathan received his education at the Monroe County Intermediate School District. To his Teachers, Staff, and classmates, he was a ray of sunshine. His infectiously happy demeanor brought joy to both those who had the pleasure to know him and to those who didn't. He was a young man with a beautiful soul who will be greatly missed by many.
In his spare time, Nathan could often be found outdoors. He enjoyed swimming, watering his garden, playing with his wind chimes and campfires. He also loved music, especially Queen.
To cherish his memory, Nathan leaves his loving parents, Matthew and Crystal Schumacker; a sister, Abigail Schumacker, and grandparents: Larry and Debbie Schumacker, Sue Schumacker, Richard Hasenaur and Ron Bohland.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Carla Bohland.
Family and friends may visit on Thursday, May 15, 2023, from 2 until 8 pm at Rupp Funeral Home.
Online condolences may be shared through www.ruppfuneralhomeinc.com.
